HDR Apex is operated by HDR Performance, LLC. Athletes authorize each connected service separately. The application processes account information, training activities, workout plans, and health or recovery information required to provide training analysis and planning.

We do not publish workouts or disclose athlete data without authorization. Users may request access, export, correction, or deletion of their account data. Production contact information and service-specific retention periods must be completed before public launch.
